German or Spanish-speaking Project Manager (2 position, Beijing Office)

Job description

· Manage member publisher portfolio
· Organize book promotion activities via website, road show, event and media
· Market research
· Manage customer relationship
· Coordinate the orders with our foreign and Chinese partners
· Give trainings to customers when necessary
· Database building and management
· Report directly to management

Requirement

· Interested in cross-culture communication
· Passion for books
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Open-minded and flexible, eager to learn, creative
· Focus and problem-solving
· Excellent project management skill, able to finish work before deadline
· Fluent English and Chinese, second foreign language such as German or Spanish is a big plus
· Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Excellent editing skill for promotion articles
· Customer orientated
· University degree in social science (for German speaking position), postgraduate degree is a plus
· Good connection to academic world
· Knowledge in import and export, publishing and book sales is preferable but not a must
